Ten teams playing everyone once is forty five matches over nine rounds. This is league territory rather than tournament territory: run across a season it is nine fixtures per team, and run in a day it is not going to finish.
The schedule below is what a league secretary actually needs, which is why it is worth printing. Each round is five matches with nobody resting, so it maps cleanly onto weekly fixtures if you have five pitches, courts or tables.

Rounds run one after another, because a round cannot start until the one feeding it has finished. Matches inside a round can all run at once, so the number of courts you have decides the day more than the number of entrants does.
