How long it takes

Rounds run one after another, because a round cannot start until the one feeding it has finished. Matches inside a round can all run at once, so the number of courts you have decides the day more than the number of entrants does.

How many fixtures in a 12 team league?

Sixty six for a single round robin, or a hundred and thirty two playing home and away. Each of the eleven rounds has six matches.

How do I make a home and away schedule?

Pick round robin and turn on the home and away option. Every pairing is then played twice, and the schedule runs to twenty two rounds.
