A League game has no map pool to rotate through, so a series is just a number of games on the same map and the length is set by how long games run. Thirty five minutes is a fair planning number for the game itself, which puts a best of three at somewhere near two hours once everything around it is counted.
Draft is the part organisers forget to schedule. Tournament draft with bans takes about ten minutes before every single game, so a best of three is three games and three drafts. Build that in, or the round that was meant to take ninety minutes takes two hours and the rest of the bracket slips behind it.
Double elimination at best of one in the early rounds and best of three from the semi-finals, which keeps a community cup inside a day. Round robin group play for four to six teams, then a knockout between the top finishers.
A game is about thirty five minutes and tournament draft adds ten before each one, so plan a best of three at two hours rather than ninety minutes.
Enter each team on one line in the Teams division with all five players after a colon.
Use tournament draft in a custom lobby rather than blind pick, and settle side selection before round one: usually the higher seed chooses.
Matches are custom lobbies, so rounds run in parallel and the event is as long as its rounds rather than its match count.

Seeds are paired so the strongest and weakest meet first, which keeps the top seeds in opposite halves of the draw. This is the order the board is drawn in, top to bottom.
Rounds run one after another, because a round cannot start until the one feeding it has finished. Matches inside a round can all run at once, so the number of lobbies you have decides the day more than the number of entrants does.
